Send a DMCA Notice

Email your notice to [email protected] including all items below. Incomplete notices may be rejected.

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Exact URLs on passportporn.com pointing to the material (links in our directory).
Location of the original authorized work (URL or other evidence of ownership).
Your full contact info: name, company (if any), address, phone, and email.
A statement of good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

Counter-Notification (17 U.S.C. §512(g))

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with:

Identification of the material removed or disabled and its prior location (our directory URL).
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court.
A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name).

After we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the link in 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us they filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from the allegedly infringing activity.

Processing

We review complete notices promptly and typically act within a reasonable timeframe. For third-party hosted files, contact the host. We may forward your notice to the user or site operator.

Repeat infringement

We may remove links, de-list sites, and take further action against repeat infringers where appropriate.
